To Place an Order
- You may mail your order to us. Be sure to include all of the information on the order form. (Download,
print, fill out & fax or mail)
- Fax your order 24 hours a day, seven days a week to (210) 403-0918. Your order will be shipped upon
receipt of payment
- E-mail your order any time. Orders will be shipped when payment is received.
Payment
Payment may be made by check or money order payable to Creative Music Source. All orders require payment in advance of shipping.
Shipping
Orders will be sent via parcel post upon receipt of payment. Please provide a complete mailing address for
accurate delivery. Expedited shipping is available at an additional expense to the customer. Additional postage
will be charged for international orders.
